Who We Are

Poseidon Poolcare LLC (“Poseidon,” “we,” “our”) provides residential pool cleaning and basic maintenance in the Tulsa area. By using this website, booking a visit, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Service Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all site visitors and customers. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.

Plans & Billing

  • Plans bill monthly and auto-renew until canceled.

  • Cancel anytime; cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.

  • A startup/setup fee may apply as shown on the plan.

  • Prices are “starting at” and may change with 30 days’ notice.

  • Pools 25,000+ gallons must select the 25k+ version of the plan. If our Trial Visit finds a different size, we’ll move you to the correct plan before service begins.

What’s Included

Your plan card and the Service Policy define the scope. In summary:

  • Standard (labor-only): we test and dose using your on-site chemicals.

  • Plus (chemicals included): routine chemicals included; specialty chems/events are quoted.

  • Twice-Weekly plans provide two lighter visits per week.
    Time on site is an average and listed on each plan.

Chemicals & On-Site Storage

  • Plus plans: routine chems stored in a lockable outdoor deck box at your property and replenished as needed. Specialty chems (e.g., phosphate remover, stain/scale, floc, metal sequestrant, salt) are extra unless stated.

  • Standard plans: you maintain adequate chems on site.

  • You authorize safe placement and storage of the deck box.

Access & Site Readiness

Provide safe access (unlocked gate, pets secured, water level above skimmer, equipment powered). If we arrive and can’t service due to access or unsafe conditions, the visit is charged.

Storms & Force Majeure

Severe weather may require extra cleanup or an additional visit billed at our posted rate. If service is unsafe (lightning/high winds), we’ll reschedule. Events beyond our control may delay service without liability.

Algae & Water Quality

  • Plus plans: algae-free guarantee under normal conditions when visits aren’t skipped and equipment functions; labor to treat standard blooms is included (specialty chems may bill at cost).

  • Standard plans: no algae guarantee; treatment is quoted.

  • Exclusions (all plans): post-storm swamps, construction dust, extreme bather loads/parties, broken equipment, or neglect.

Equipment & Repairs

  • We handle routine maintenance (baskets, backwash/rinse, minor consumables). Repairs, replacement parts, deep cartridge cleans, and salt-cell acid cleaning on Standard plans are quoted and billed separately. Unsafe/failing equipment may pause or cancel service.
